Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Open your dashboard, find the booking and choose Cancel or Reschedule. Appointments can be changed up to 24 hours before.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash, card, and the major insurance providers listed on this page. The consultation fee is always shown before you confirm.
Where do I read my lab results?
Results appear in your dashboard under Records as soon as the lab publishes them, and you get a notification when they are ready.
Is my medical data private?
Records are tied to your account and visible only to you and the clinicians you choose to share them with.
